The Kids Next Door Youth Center
The Kids Next Door is a vibrant youth center dedicated to serving school-aged children. We are a license-exempt program awarded by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. We provide before and after-school care and summer programs, ensuring that children have a safe, engaging place to be while parents are at work.
Our facility owns and operates buses to provide convenient drop-off and pick-up transportation from local schools.

At the Kids Next Door Youth Center we aim to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment through our before and after school programs and summer camp, where children can grow into confident, respectful, and independent young individuals. We believe in nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—by offering a balanced mix of structured learning, creative exploration, and play.
Through clear respect-based rules—respect for self, others, and the environment—we foster a community that encourages positive relationships, responsible choices, and lifelong skills. Our goal is to help every child build the foundation they need to become well-rounded.
